High-Power Uni-Dyne® Narrow-Web Treater

Our innovative Uni-Dyne® treating systems have already set the standard in narrow-web corona treatment. In fact, Corotec Uni-Dyne treating systems are the most space-efficient and energy-efficient units available today, requiring no more space than what was previously needed for a standard cantilever treating station alone.

As press speeds increase, so must the power capability of the corona treating system. In order to accommodate these higher speeds, we have recently extended our Uni-Dyne product line to include systems with power ratings of up to 5.0 kW. And, just like our original Uni-Dyne systems, these new high-speed units can be used to corona treat one or both sides of conductive or nonconductive materials, and the station can be configured as a conventional, bare-roll, or convertible configuration. In addition, the convertible Uni-Dyne system includes the electrode switch described below for zero down-time job changeover!
